We will begin by remembering the container we had for the healing rainbow, and we will recreate that container or another one now. It does not matter whether it is the same container or another. What matters is that it is a container that has the rainbow in it, and that it can safely house the rainbow until we are ready to use it. And it does not matter whether your rainbow has real rainbow colors, or colors in the correct pattern. What matters is that it is your rainbow.

When your rainbow container is safely with you, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. As you breathe in and out, notice what you are experiencing. Let us take a moment to do this. Take a deep breath in and out and notice what you are experiencing. Now become aware of the others in the room meditating with you. Without opening your eyes, try to feel their presence. If you cannot feel their presence, that is okay-just knowing that they are near you is good enough. As you notice their presence, formulate the intention to feel the energy waves that are in the room that are being emanated from each person in the room. If you do not feel them, that is fine. Just knowing that there are energy waves being emitted by everyone in this room is good enough. Open yourself to feeling the energy waves that you are emitting and to feeling the energy waves that the others next to you are emitting. These waves are both independent of and they also influence each other. Because of the energy that is being exuded by each one of us, the room is filled with a unique energy that consists of all of our energy waves, both separate and intermingled with each other. This energy is a healing one, a very powerful one full of good intentions. Now imagine this energy being collected into a bundle of energy. Imagine that this bundle of energy bursts up into the heavens and travels across the universe. This is what our energy will do tonight.

As we meditate, we will be sending bursts of energy throughout the universe. Although we will not be traveling throughout the universe, our intentions will be. It is our energetic intentions that will be helping to heal the universe. Our energetic bundles will meet other energetic bundles along the way and this will constantly help refuel our energy bundle. The universe will be glowing with light from the constant bursts of strong, powerful and good energy. Let us take a few moments and imagine a bright light, growing and growing until it surrounds the universe.

Before moving on to the next task, let us take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Let us do it again. One more time-a deep breath in and a deep breath out. For the next task, we need to understand that we all have energetic traces that for the purpose of this meditation can be thought of as threads. To help us with this portion of the meditation, picture yourself with threads of light extending from your body. This is not meant to be a painful thought, nor a pleasant thought, just a way to help us relate to the fact that we are constantly leaving traces of energy wherever we go, and that when we interact with someone, we are sharing our energy with them. In this meditation, the threads represent our energy waves. So, once again, imagine that there are many threads, with many different colors extending from every part of your body. For example, you may picture threads extending from your chest, from your eyes, your ears, your nose, your mouth, your abdomen, your neck, your knees, your toes. The threads should be different colors-some may be red, some black, some white, some may be green, some yellow.

The different colors represent your moods, your intentions, and your feelings. In our interactions with each other, we share these traces or threads with each other and they become interconnected with each other in complex webs. The stronger the interaction, the stronger the feelings, and the stronger the intentions that are shared, the more intertwined and complex the web. When the feelings and intentions that are shared are positive, good, comforting, and healing, the webs need to stay. However, when the feelings and intentions are not positive, good, comforting, and healing and instead are evil, hurtful, and spiteful, the webs need to be disentangled. We will focus on disentangling evil, hurtful, and spiteful webs.

It takes at least two individuals to create an evil, hurtful and spiteful web. There is always at least one perpetrator and at least one victim. Each needs to be healed separately and together for true complete and whole healing. Tonight we will focus on helping this healing take place.

First, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Do it again, a deep breath in and a deep breath out. One more time- a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Picture three empty rooms in a row. The first room will fill with perpetrators. Next to this room is another room which for now will stay empty. The third room will fill with victims. Picture these three rooms now. You notice that outside these rooms crowds of people are gathering. They include the old, the young, males, females, animals, people of different races and nationalities. It is an unhappy crowd. You hear screams of agony, screams of terror, cries of shame, angry voices, and you hear people cursing. See the individuals and hear their voices now.

Each individual has reluctantly come to this location to be healed. They will first need to go to the correct room. All the perpetrators will go to the perpetrator room. All the victims will go to the victim room. The middle room between these two rooms will stay empty for now. In a moment, we will be seeing the different types of perpetrators and victims. As we see them, they will automatically go into the correct room.

Before we do this, take a deep breath in and out. Do it again. One more time-a deep breath in and out. Let us begin. Remember that as we picture the different types of perpetrators and victims, they automatically go to the appropriate rooms. We first see a parent and a child walking towards the head of the crowd. This family is involved with continuous and unrelenting child sexual, psychological, and physical abuse. See them as they enter the rooms. Next is an individual who is being trained to be a suicide bomber and an individual who was injured in a suicide bombing. See them as they enter the rooms. Next is a burglar and an elderly individual who has been robbed. See them as they enter the rooms. Next is a dog and a child who has been attacked by the dog. See them as they enter the rooms. Next is a child who continuously taunts and bullies another child. See them as they enter the rooms. Next is a torturer and a victim of torture. See them as they enter the rooms.

Before we continue, let us a take a deep breath in and out. Do it again. One more time-a deep breath in and out. Now it is time to think of your own personal life. If it feels like it will be too painful for you to do this right now, then you can just listen to my voice, and focus on your breathing. We all have experienced an interaction with someone that needs healing, or we know of people who have experienced an interaction with someone that needs healing, or we have heard or read about interactions that need healing. Take a moment and imagine the people or animals involved -- whether it includes you or only others. Once you have imagined this, place the people or animals in the appropriate rooms -- the perpetrators in the perpetrator rooms and the victims in the victim rooms. Do this now.

We are now ready to help with the healing. Look up at your column of light. Feel the warmth, security, compassion, healing that comes from it. By looking at your light and then moving your eyes to the rooms, you will bathe and shower the rooms with the light, the warmth, security, compassion, and healing. It does not matter whether you are outside the rooms or in one of the rooms. You can aim the light to all the rooms whether you are in one of the rooms or outside the rooms. Let us do this now. Look at your light, and then move your eyes to the room with the perpetrators and the room with the victims. As you look at your light and then move your eyes to the rooms, the perpetrators and victims are getting bathed and blanketed with the light, the warmth, security, compassion, and healing. Do this again, as you look at your light and then move your eyes to the rooms, the perpetrators and victims are getting bathed and blanketed with the light, the warmth, security, compassion, and healing. One more time, as you look at your light and then move your eyes to the rooms, the perpetrators and victims are getting bathed and blanketed with the light, the warmth, security, compassion, and healing.

The perpetrators and victims have all been bathed and showered with the light, warmth, security, compassion, and healing. However, remember, whenever there are strong interactions, webs of threads, or energy traces become entangled. We still need to disentangle the webs created by the perpetrators and victims. Once these webs are disentangled, the perpetrators and victims will feel pure and whole. To do this, all the perpetrators and victims are going into the middle room. They are asked to meet each other and place their arms around each other. It is critical that each perpetrator and victim are next to each other and placing their arms around each other. So for example, the torturer and torture victim are placing their arms around each other. Take a moment and picture this. It is hard for the perpetrators and victims to do this. However, they have been strengthened by the light, and feel compassion and security, and they feel healed. Although it is hard, they know that they can do this and feel safe. See everyone in each other’s arms now. As they are doing this, you can see their entangled webs. Look at your column of light and then move your eyes to the victims and perpetrators, showering them with the light, warmth, security, compassion and healing. The light goes through and around the webs so that with each shower of light, warmth, security, compassion, and healing, the webs becomes less entangled. Let us do this again.

Look at your column of light and then move your eyes to the victims and perpetrators, showering them with the light, warmth, security, compassion and healing. The light goes through and around the webs so that with each shower of light, warmth, security, compassion, and healing, the webs becomes less entangled. Let us do this again. Look at your column of light and then move your eyes to the victims and perpetrators, showering them with the light, warmth, security, compassion and healing. The light goes through and around the webs so that with each shower of light, warmth, security, compassion, and healing, the webs become less entangled. One last time. Look at your column of light and then move your eyes to the victims and perpetrators, shower them with the light, warmth, security, compassion and healing. You notice that the webs are now full of separate dangling threads. These threads are pure and whole, ready to become entangled in new healthy, healing, comforting, and joyful webs.

You look above you at your column of light and feel the strength that it offers you. You open your container and you see your rainbow. The beam of light shines upon it and it makes the rainbow grow in size until it no longer fits your container. Instead the rainbow is so large that it covers the entire room. Focus on this rainbow and see how the colors flow effortlessly from one color to the next. By sharing this rainbow with everyone in the room you are sharing with them the hope, peace, collaboration, and camaraderie that they need as they leave the room. As they start to leave the room, they applaud and you feel the graciousness of the universe for the healing work that you have done tonight.

As you leave the room, you notice a healing pond right outside the room. You notice that as each ex perpetrator and victim pair left the room, they walked into the pond together to continue the healing process. When the last pair leaves the healing pond, you walk into the pond also. You feel the warm good clean and pure water cover you and caress you. It feels very relaxing and healing. Stay in the pond as long as you want, and when you are ready, you can open your eyes.
